Notes for hiker:-
1. Please bring enough drinking water for 8 hours trek
2. Please bring food along (we give FOC lunch pack to all)
3. Energy bar is needed while tired
4. Wear suitable attire due to cold weather (it can be really cold during night and when it is raining)
5. Bring rain jacket to cover your body from rain and to maintain your body temperature
6. Please ask assistance from qualified guide so your journey will be safe and fun
7. Apply for permit before commencing your hiking trip
What to see along the trek:-
1. Off course the mossy (they said one of the best in Malaysia with hundred over species)Some called it Lord of The Rings & Avatar (why? we also don't have any answer about it)
2. The wild orchids (we will update the species soon)
3. Mountain birds such as:-
~ Malayan kughingthrush
~ Mountain imperial pigeon
4. The view of Titiwangsa Range
Safety:-
1. Do not hike alone
2. Assistance from a qualified guide is advisable
3. Start early to finish early
4. Do not attempt to reach peak after 1 pm from Mini Irau
5. Maximum time to stay at peak is until 2 pm (unless you are not the nature lover = runner)
6. Always walk in group
7. Mind the steep terrain area (there is a lot of area that need you to be extra careful)
8. Bring headlamp / torch & first aid kits with you all the time!!!
9. Do not under ESTIMATE the mountain (it was the wrong thing to do)
